I was searching for something that would help me exercise on carpets. They had to fit whichever sneakers I plan to use. I have 3 different athletic shoes. They cover the entire shoe, so they not easy to put on, but they will not slide off. I immediately notice I had no strain on my ankles & knees when twist and turn during Zumba. Also, carpets won’t get worn down or soiled as much using them. They maybe too slippery to use on smooth flooring. I have to really work at it to get them to go over my heel. Unlike the Dancesocks, name brand, those socks lasted over 2 years.
