I bought these to be used by and with my 2-year old granddaughter. The ribbons are good quality, not too light and not too heavy. Ditto, the pretty sticks and the swivel bits that attach the ribbons to the sticks. Granddaughter is thrilled at how easy it is to make pretty patterns in the air as she spins and turns. Her mother remarked on the clear difference in quality between these and the ones she had previously bought - those ribbons didn't float right and the sticks were cheezy. A good workout for everyone, actually :)
