These are the absolute best shoe for ANY type of dance class/workout!!! I am a perfect Size 6 in every possible way (and have a very extensive shoe collection with several different designers to show it). I do have tiny feet with a very high instep, my right foot is slightly larger than my left and as stated a perfect fit/true to size as a 6m. I also suffer from moderate to severe foot pain due to neuropathy and 27+ years of wearing 3 inch heels/pumps for my career in the business world. The split sole seems to be the only thing that seems to help my foot pain. Bloch is the company that made all of my ballet shoes when I was a young girl to my teens. Love, love, love them! ❤️ Very well made for the price. I’d expect to pay more from other retailers and Bloch directly?!? Those questioning the tongue issue, I’d suggest and recommend going to a cobbler to have it corrected eg; as a regular shoe with tongue and laces! I’m hoping and expecting these to last me for many years of dance, Zumba and my other exercise dance classes!They fit small and I had to go up a full size to a 5.5. The shoe is incredibly comfortable and fit well over my high arch. The only drawback is that they are slippery. I wore them on my wood floor and almost fell several times. Tile was more stable and carpet felt fine. Most of my home is wood so I may have to return them.Gets my wife a little tired in the heel, but also probably because we installed new floors she’s not used to. The arch support is excellent she says. Looks great. She really needed these to teach all her new classes on zoom ?, She’s a big Bloch fan.I was always happy with my boost DRT for Zumba until we moved to the new studio where boost DRT is too slippery. So i was out looking for a rubber sole dance sneaker with stronger grip. It looked like Trinity would be "the one." Although I was aware of people's reviews about tight elastic tongue, I told myself "maybe i can get away with it because my feet aren't so high." It turned out i was so wrong. Look at my blister after the 1st wear. ［Amazon keeps deleting my photo!] Compare the height of your foot with mine as the guideline. It's a shame that they had to use this elastic instead of a regular tongue. Otherwise it's a great shoe.I love these shoes! These shoes offer just the right about of support for my aging dancer feet. With the split sole they are extremely flexible. This flexibility easily allows me to fully point my feet for demonstrating combonations. They are also very comfort in demi-pointe and I do not lose my balance as one might in a thicker less flexible dance tennis shoe. I also like the low profile they do not look or feel bulky at all. I absolutely recommend this product!What attracted me to this shoe is that it isn't as big and clunky as many other dance sneakers. And, the leather parts are actual real leather--that is important as man-made leather on a dance show will eventually crack or split. They were comfortable out of the box and dance well on all reasonable dance floors (just a little too slippery for a floor that is on the slick side). My only complaint, so not quite five stars, is that the appearance would be a lot cuter if they toe weren't so pointy. But pair them with black pants or leggings and they're fine.These shoes are very light and give support yet are flexible allowing pointed toes while dancing. Very comfortable. I ordered a 6 because they do run small. Normal size is 5.5. Love these shoes. It would be nice if they made them a little bigger to allow for a slightly heavier pad like my old Bloch dance sneakers but guess they were striving for the shoe to be lightest possible. The lace area actually bends with your foot and you don't need to really tie the laces because the shoe holds your foot in by itself.i personally really like these shoes but one of the shoes is really uneven. the leather piece that goes around the toe is not the same as the other shoe which really bothers me while I am using the show and because I am a big ocd person but other that flaw the shoes are great! their a little tight on the toes but it’s ok I kinda like the snug feelingI teach dance and dance for myself too. But I have massive foot issues. The bloch dance runners made it possible to dance without foot pain. It supported/cushioned my foot, with the flexibility to fully extend my point without the clunkiness of a regular runner. Just fantastic. RidiculousThese shoes feel like dance shoes. They are incredibly light weight. I purchased a half size larger than my normal size as recommended. While they feel a bit too long I am no longer experiencing the tightness across my arch that many complain about. They seem to be molding to my feet the more I wear them.These are perfect!
